Teeholic currently ships orders to customers in the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping.

Teeholic currently offers Standard U.S. Shipping only.
At this time, we do not offer free shipping, express shipping, or local pickup.
Shipping Cost
Standard U.S. Shipping is $6.99 per order.
The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Order Processing and Production Time
Most Teeholic products are made on demand. Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your order ships.
Production time may vary depending on product type, print provider capacity, item availability, order volume, holidays, peak seasons, and quality-control checks.
Production time begins after payment is confirmed and the order information is successfully received.
Standard U.S. Transit Time
After production is completed, Standard U.S. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.
Estimated Total Delivery Time
Estimated total delivery time for most U.S. orders is usually 4–12 business days from the order date.
This total estimate includes:
– 2–7 business days for processing and production
– 2–5 business days for Standard U.S. transit after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping may be affected by carrier delays, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, routing issues, product availability, high order volume, or other events outside our control.
Shipping Carriers
Depending on product type, destination, production partner, and available shipping service, orders may be shipped through USPS, UPS, DHL, FedEx, Asendia, OnTrac, Amazon Shipping, or another available shipping partner.
The shipping carrier may vary depending on the product and delivery address.
Tracking Information
When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
If your tracking number does not update immediately, this does not always mean the package is lost. The carrier may need additional time to scan and update the shipment.
Multiple Packages
Because Teeholic offers made-on-demand products, some items may be produced by different production partners or facilities.
Items in the same order may arrive in separate packages and may have separate tracking numbers.
If you receive only part of your order, please check your shipping confirmation emails for additional tracking information.
Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. Territories
Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and U.S. territories may take longer than standard mainland U.S. delivery times.
Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
Teeholic LLC is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.
If an order is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for reshipping costs.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears delayed or your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at support@teeholic.shop with your order number and tracking number.
We will help review the shipment status and work with the carrier or production partner when needed.
If a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, Teeholic will review the case and may offer a replacement or refund depending on the situation.
Damaged, Defective, Incorrect, or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted, please contact us at support@teeholic.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Please include:
– Your order number
– The email address used at checkout
– A clear description of the issue
– Photos showing the problem
Teeholic will review the issue and may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost if the claim is approved.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax, if any, will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
