How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.
Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.
You can also visit our Order Tracking page and enter your order information to check your order status.
If you need help, contact us at support@teeholic.shop with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
When will my order ship?
Most Teeholic products are made on demand.
Please allow 2–7 business days for order processing and production before your order ships.
After production is completed, Standard U.S. Shipping usually takes 2–5 business days.
Estimated total U.S. delivery time is usually 4–12 business days from the order date.
Do you offer free shipping?
No. Teeholic does not currently offer free shipping.
Standard U.S. Shipping is $6.99 per order.
The shipping cost will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
Where does Teeholic ship?
Teeholic currently ships to customers in the United States only.
At this time, we do not offer international shipping, express shipping, or local pickup.
Can I cancel or change my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at support@teeholic.shop if you need to cancel or change your order.
Because most Teeholic products are made on demand, we cannot guarantee cancellation or changes after production has started.
Customers are responsible for checking the selected product, size, color, shipping address, and custom details before placing an order.
What happens if my order is delayed?
If your order is delayed, please first check your tracking information.
Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.
Delays may happen because of carrier issues, weather, holidays, high order volume, incorrect addresses, or production delays.
If your tracking has not updated for several days, contact us at support@teeholic.shop with your order number and tracking number.
What payment methods do you accept?
Available payment methods are shown at checkout.
Teeholic may accept credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, or other secure payment methods depending on checkout availability.
All prices on teeholic.shop are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated.
Teeholic does not store full credit card numbers on our website.
What should I do if I didn’t receive an order confirmation?
Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder first.
If you still cannot find your order confirmation email, contact us at support@teeholic.shop.
Please include your full name, the email address used at checkout, and any payment confirmation you may have.
What should I do if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
Please contact us at support@teeholic.shop within 30 days of delivery.
Include your order number, the email address used at checkout, a clear description of the issue, and photos showing the wrong, damaged, defective, or misprinted item.
If the claim is approved, Teeholic may provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
Do you accept returns?
Teeholic accepts return requests for eligible non-custom products within 30 days of delivery.
Items must be new, unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition received.
For buyer’s remorse returns, including wrong size, wrong color, change of mind, or item no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Custom, personalized, and customer-upload products are not eligible for buyer’s remorse returns, but they are covered if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or misprinted.
