Use this page to check the status of your Teeholic order. Enter your order number and the billing email address used at checkout.

Your order number can be found in your order confirmation email or receipt.

When Tracking Becomes Available

Most Teeholic products are made on demand. After your order is produced and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information if tracking is available.

Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear after the carrier receives the package.

Shipping Information

Teeholic currently ships to customers in the United States only.

Standard U.S. Shipping is $6.99 per order. We do not currently offer free shipping, express shipping, international shipping, or local pickup.

Estimated total U.S. delivery time is usually 4–12 business days from the order date. This includes 2–7 business days for production and 2–5 business days for Standard U.S. transit after shipment.

Why Tracking May Not Update Right Away

Tracking may take time to update after the label is created. A tracking number may show limited information until the package is scanned by the carrier.

Carrier delays, weekends, holidays, weather, incorrect addresses, and high-volume shipping periods may affect tracking updates.

Multiple Packages

Some Teeholic products may be produced by different production partners or facilities. Items in the same order may arrive separately and may have separate tracking numbers.
