What file works best for a custom phone case? A clear, high-resolution photo (at least 1000×1000 pixels) prints the sharpest. The builder will flag your image if the resolution is too low before you check out.
Can I preview my design before ordering? Yes. Once you upload your design, the builder generates a real mockup on your chosen phone model so you can see exactly how it will look.
Do you offer a glossy or matte finish? Every case ships with a smooth glossy finish that keeps your design vibrant and easy to wipe clean.
